Executive & Career Coaching Packages
Villa Leadership coaching packages are designed to build capabilities over time—the way the brain is designed for learning. Participants work 1:1 or in small groups with a professional coach, in a uniquely balanced format of structure and flow.
Our executive coaches use the approaches and tools of our Chocolate Villa programs, to inspire insight and build skills and capabilities. 3-, 6-, and 12-month coaching packages are available.
Executive Coaching
The Villa Leadership Executive Coaching is designed for mid- and senior-level aspiring leaders. This package includes:
- Evaluation of strengths and development areas using a variety of assessment instruments
- Step-by-step executive development planning
- Regularly scheduled in-person or teleconference coaching sessions with a professional executive coach
- Tools and approaches from the Chocolate Villa Women’s Leadership and Career Development Programs
- Progress tracking and measuring
- Access to a vast library of resources through the Chocolate Villa Online Forum.

Explore Your Next coaching is designed to help individuals continue their personal and professional development and career mapping with the support of a professional coach. Coaching builds upon the tools and approaches gained through Chocolate Villa offsite programs or other Villa Leadership programs, or can be customized to include orientation to these foundational skills through one-to-one learning.
Explore Your Next coaching is targeted toward mid-level, high-potential female leaders and features many of the same components of the Executive Coaching package, but is offered in three different formats and time frames to suit your career needs and budget.
